Slots Rules
Slots is one of the simplest games that you will find both in online and traditional
casinos. You can easily learn to play this game just in a few minutes. All
you need to do is read through a quick description of the slots rules. If
you are playing an online version of this game, you will need to set up
an online casino account. You will have a certain balance that you can use
to make bids. With traditional casinos you will simply need to insert a
certain number of coins into the slot machine. When placing a bet, you will
usually be able to make a single, a double or a triple bet. Sometimes up
to five bets will be allowed to be placed on one game. Different bet amounts
are possible with different game versions. In an online casino you will
usually be able to specify the bet amount yourself. Since rules are similar
for both online and traditional casinos, we will focus on online version.
The rules used behind the game designs will usually differ, though.
After you specify your bet, you will need to press a button to start
the spin simulation process. On your screen you will usually see the replication
of the spinning slot wheels. After a short amount of time is passed you
will see the results of the game. Your screen will have one or several
pay lines. You will most likely see three rows and three pay lines (middle
left to middle right, top left to bottom right and top right to bottom
left). Sometimes there will be five pay lines. Each row will have three
symbols displayed in it. The type of symbols will differ among games and
does not change the basic rules of the game in any way.
After the results are displayed, you will see the new combination of
three symbols (apples, dollar signs, bars, etc.) on each of the pay lines.
If you placed a single bet, you will look only at the middle pay line.
If you placed a triple bet, three pay lines are used to determine what
you win. You will also have a pay table that will list the winning combinations
that you can get on the pay line and what each of these winning combinations
will earn you. If you get one of the winning combinations on the pay line,
you win the amount specified in the pay table. In online casinos the computer
will automatically determine your willing combination and the amount that
you won, if any. If you don’t get any one of the winning combinations,
you lose your bet. Some casinos will also offer you the chance to win
a progressive jackpot.
